Terms of Service

Operator and acceptance
MyAuxiliary is a service operated by iManagement Solutions LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. By creating an account or using the service, an organization agrees to these Terms, subject to any separate written agreement.
Service scope
MyAuxiliary provides software for organization and auxiliary membership administration, dues assessment, tracking and recording of payments, reminders, and related reporting. Recording a member payment is not the same as processing that payment. Online member-dues payment processing is not currently part of the service.
Accounts and authorization
Organization administrators are responsible for their authorized users, accurate records, permissions, and maintaining account credentials. Users must not access another organization’s records without authorization.
Subscriptions and renewals
Paid plans are offered on a recurring monthly basis at the price shown at checkout. Unless canceled, subscriptions renew automatically and the designated payment method is charged through Stripe. Taxes, if applicable, are displayed at checkout.
Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation through the available account or Stripe billing tools. Where the cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period, access ordinarily continues until that period ends, subject to account security or legal restrictions.
Plan changes
Plan upgrades and downgrades are subject to the limits and billing adjustments shown in the application or at checkout. Availability of features may vary by plan.
Refunds
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and customers retain access through that period, subject to these Terms. Subscription fees already paid are ordinarily nonrefundable, and no prorated refunds or credits are provided for unused portions of a billing period, except where required by applicable law or where iManagement Solutions LLC approves a refund for a billing error. To request review of a billing error, contact MyAuxiliary through the support contact information provided on the website or subscription receipt.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the service, submit unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with system operations. Organizations must comply with applicable privacy and recordkeeping obligations.
Availability and changes
The service may require maintenance and may change over time. Availability can be affected by maintenance, outages, and events outside our control; please keep independent copies of records you need for your operations. We will provide notice of material changes when required by applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If you have a concern about the service or a subscription charge, please contact us through the support contact details on the website or billing receipt so we can review it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
