Security at MyAuxiliary

Account protection
MyAuxiliary uses authenticated accounts and organization-specific access controls to restrict access to member and administrative functions.
Application safeguards
The application includes authentication controls and measures intended to reduce automated login attempts. No security measure eliminates every risk.
Payments
MyAuxiliary uses Stripe for its SaaS subscription billing. Payment details entered into Stripe-hosted payment flows are handled by Stripe. MyAuxiliary does not currently process organization members’ dues payments.
Responsible administration
Organization administrators should assign appropriate roles, use unique passwords, remove access when no longer needed, and verify payment records entered by staff.
Security reports
Please report suspected unauthorized access or security issues through MyAuxiliary’s published support contact. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive member records in an initial report.
