Who operates MyAuxiliary
MyAuxiliary is a subscription software service operated by iManagement Solutions LLC. This policy describes how information is handled in connection with the service.
Information collected
Account and organization registration information may include names, email addresses, organization names, and contact details. Organizations may enter member records, auxiliary assignments, dues, and payment-history information. Technical information may include IP addresses, authentication and security logs, and usage data.
How information is used
Information is used to provide accounts and organization management features, send invitations and account notices, manage subscriptions, support customers, and maintain security and reliability.
Billing
Subscription billing is handled through Stripe. Stripe processes payment credentials under its own policies. MyAuxiliary may receive payment status, subscription identifiers, and related billing records. MyAuxiliary currently records member dues and payment history; it does not itself process member dues payments through the platform.
Service providers and disclosures
Information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, email delivery, and subscription billing, as needed to operate the service. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or to protect rights and security. We do not use organization member records for advertising sales.
Organization records
Organizations are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate authority to enter and manage their members’ information and for responding to requests concerning records they control.
Retention and requests
Information may be retained while accounts are active and as reasonably needed for operations, legal obligations, security, and billing records. Contact the business through its published support channel for access, correction, or deletion requests. Some records may need to be retained where legally required.
Security
We use account authentication and access controls intended to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. See the Security page for more information.
Updates
This policy may be updated as MyAuxiliary changes. Material updates should be communicated where required by law.
